PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enable an attachment position of a roof bow to be shifted in a front/rear direction of a vehicle, reducing the number of tightening members and the number of man-hours. SOLUTION: In the attachment structure of the roof bow in which both edge portions of the roof bow 24 are respectively attached to right and left roof side rail inner portions 8, 16 which are formed so that a vehicle upper portion may have a roughly identical cross section all over the roughly total length in the front/rear direction of the vehicle, a groove 8b which opens at the upper portion of the vehicle and extends in the front and rear direction of the vehicle and in which one end portion 24a of the roof bow 24 can be inserted is formed at one 8 of the right and left roof side rail inner portions, and a through hole 24d into which a tightening member (bolt 22) is inserted is formed at least on the other end portion 24b of the roof bow 24.
