PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce a pipe weight by reducing the bore diameter of the pipe by connecting an overflow exclusive pipe to a liquid injecting/discharging main pipe, relieving large quantity liquid overflowing from each liquid tank from the overflow exclusive pipe to the outside of the tank, and reducing the piping resistance in an air pipe-cum-overflow pipe. SOLUTION: In the overflow method, a vessel has a plurality of liquid tanks 4, the liquid injecting/discharging main pipe 7, a plurality of liquid injecting/discharging branch pipe 5 connecting each liquid tank with liquid injecting/discharging main pipes, a plurality of closing valves individually interposed in each liquid injecting/discharging pipe, and the air pipe-cum-overflow pipe provided on the upper part of each liquid tank. The vessel is equipped with the overflow exclusive pipe 13 where one side is connected to the liquid injecting/discharging, and the other side is opened to the outside. A large quantity of liquid is relived to the outside of the tank through the overflow exclusive pipe 13, when the liquid injected to each liquid tank. COPYRIGHT: (C)2007,JPO&INPIT
