PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide foamed wallpaper which is composed of a foamed resin layer and a non-foamed resin layer and enough demonstrates a prescribed effect and a rolled web which is suitable for the production of the foamed wallpaper. SOLUTION: The foamed wallpaper has at least the foamed resin layer (a) and the non-foamed resin layer on a paper substrate. The resins of the layers (a) and (b) are crosslinked. The layer (a) contains at least one selected from an ethylene-vinyl acetate copolymer resin and an ethylene-methyl methacrylate copolymer resin. has a melt flow rate (MFR) before crosslinking of 10-50 g/10 min, and formed by adding a foaming agent into a resin composition and foaming the mixture by heating. The layer (b) contains a linear low density polyethylene resin and is formed from a composition with a MFR before crosslinking of 30-80 g/10 min.
