PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a rough rolling apparatus able to stably roll the dough by bringing the apparatus to have a compact construction. SOLUTION: In a first rolling mechanism 5, 3 short rectangular support plates 55 are installed to be vertically hung with an equal interval in a slant direction shifting in a predetermined angle from the transport direction of the dough on the lower surface of a rod-like support member 54 fixed to the lower ends of a pair of support shafts 50. Attachment members 56 having an L-shaped cross section are fixed to the lower end of each of the support plates. First rolling members 57 are attached to each of the attachment members. In a second rolling mechanism 6, second rolling members 67 are attached as in the same way.
