The invention relates to a slag-cement-based hydraulic binder, in which the slag cement contains between 20 and 80 wt.- % of a blast furnace slag or a mixture of same in relation to the total weight of the slag cement. The inventive binder is characterised in that it contains at least one accelerating additive which is a ternary system comprising: at least one alkaline metal hydroxide at a concentration such that, during the mixing of the hydraulic binder in water, the molar concentration of alkaline metal hydroxide in water is between 0.05 N and 0.6 N and, preferably, between 0.2 N and 0.4 N; - between 0.2 and 3 wt.- % of at least one alkaline metal sulphate in relation to the slag cement; and at least one calcium sulphate source at a concentration such that the calcium sulphate (CaSO<SUB>4</SUB>) represents between 2 and 7 % of the weight of the slag cement. |
