<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an electronic endoscope system which limits an exclusive frequency band in the bare minimum and can certainly detect a synchronizing signal to separate from an image signal. <P>SOLUTION: The electronic endoscope system 2 is comprised of: an electronic endoscope 10 equipped with a parallel/serial conversion section 35, which uses the top and bottom numerical values of a signal level showing the image signal as synchronizing codes showing situations of a vertical synchronizing signal and a horizontal synchronizing signal of the image signal and displaces the image signal shown by the signal level of the top and bottom numerical values to the maximum value and the minimum value of the signal level excluding the top and bottom numerical values while the image signal shown by the signal level excluding the top and bottom numerical values is kept as it is; and a processor apparatus 11 equipped with a synchronizing separation section 55 which detects the synchronizing codes and separates the vertical synchronizing signal and the horizontal synchronizing signal from the image signal. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2007,JPO&INPIT |
