<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a food/drink capable of inhibiting, ameliorating and preventing obesity through having a combination of fat cell differentiation-inhibitory effect, fat accumulation-inhibitory effect, anorexigenic effect and antiobese effect, as a result of searching a new and safe natural material excellent in the above-mentioned effects. <P>SOLUTION: A fat cell differentiation inhibitor, a fat accumulation inhibitor, and an anorexic, each containing Melia azadirachta L. extract, are provided.
