<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method of manufacturing an organic solar cell in which an organic material is applied by screen printing; and to particularly provide a method of manufacturing an organic solar cell enhanced in adhesiveness between a transparent electrode and a charge transport layer, and between the charge transport layer and a power generation layer by forming the uniform charge transport layer. <P>SOLUTION: The method includes: a step of forming a transparent electrode on one surface of a subtrate; a step of applying, by screen printing, a charge transport layer forming solution containing a surfactant with a boiling point of above 100°C on the surface of the transparent electrode, and containing an organic material for forming a charge transport layer; a step of forming the charge transport layer by heating the substrate at a temperature above 100°C and below the boiling point; and a step of applying, by screen printing, a power generation layer forming solution containing an organic material for forming the power generation layer on the surface of the charge transport layer. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2007,JPO&INPIT</p> |
