<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an epoch-making luminescent circuit for a solar simulator in which a responsiveness is late as the solar simulator, namely, characteristics of a solar cell which takes surplus time for reaching a rated output can also be measured, and further, the high accuracy of measurement can be materialized. <P>SOLUTION: The luminescent circuit for a xenon lamp 4 is the light source of the solar simulator which applies a potential destroying an electric insulating state between electrodes from outside of a glass tube. The luminescent circuit, comprises a first power source 1 for generating a trigger pulse voltage outputting the potential destroying the electric insulating state between electrodes, a second power source 2 for outputting a potential which induces a main discharge from a breakdown state between electrodes immediately after the potential is applied as destroying the electric insulating state between electrodes, and a third power source 3 which maintains a potential calculated from an electric resistance in the tube of the xenon lamp 4, and further a current value of the main discharge can maintain a current of the main discharge after start of the main discharge. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2007,JPO&INPIT</p> |
