<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent the stop of production as much as possible due to the failure of an actuator in which aged deterioration is occured, and to cope with the failure quickly. <P>SOLUTION: Interfaces 11, 12 comprising a port for outputting a signal to the actuator are provided with a port for outputting data employed for analyzing the failure of a machine to the outside thereof.
