<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To allow for execution of memory access regardless of tag block size of a radio tag. <P>SOLUTION: A radio tag reader/writer comprises a communication unit 70 capable of transmitting/receiving a radio signal in order to make a non-contact communication to and from the radio tag; a control circuit 29 capable of controlling the transmission/reception of the radio signal at the communication unit 70; a tag block size storage unit 52 to register the number of bytes consisting of one block of a memory of a radio tag to be used; and a size conversion unit 54 to convert an instruction in the unit of a byte of a program in which access processing of the memory to the radio tag is defined in the unit of a byte into the unit of a block in response to the number of bytes for each one block registered in the storage unit 52, and to convert the execution result of the memory access processing by the control circuit 29 into the unit of a byte from the unit of a block in accordance with memory address further converted into the unit of a block from the unit of a byte. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2007,JPO&INPIT |
