PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a dielectric device capable of securing high flexibility in design while being made to be small in size and low in height. SOLUTION: A first opening 41 of a resonation unit Q1 is to be opened in a third outer surface 23 and faced toward a direction of a second outer surface 22 opposing to the third outer surface 23 therefrom. The first opening 41 comprises a first inner conductor 61 therein, and the first inner conductor 61 is to be linked to an outer conductor film 3 in the third outer surface 23. A second opening 51 is to be opened in a first outer surface 21 which is not covered all over its whole surface by the outer conductor film 3, and is to be linked to the first opening 41 at inner portion of the dielectric base substance 1 while providing a second inner conductor 81 therein.
