PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a tool for fixing a thin-shaped television such that an installation mode conforming to the need of a user can be achieved. SOLUTION: The tool for fixing a thin-shaped television comprises a base secured to the wall surface, and an inclination mechanism fixed onto the securing base and supporting the thin-shaped television. The inclination mechanism comprises a fixing board, a turnable board equipped with a planar supporting portion capable of securing the thin-shaped television, and a stay having one end secured turnably and the other end provided with a through hole and inserting a fixed shaft into a through hole formed at an upper portion of first sidewall and the through hole at the other end aligned with each other thus making the fixing portion of the fixing board parallel with the supporting portion of the turnable board.
