PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a printed board holding mechanism which can solve the problem that circuit pattern wiring is prohibited in the periphery of a hole for fixing a screw on a printed board. SOLUTION: The printed board holding mechanism comprises a support stand 4 of a pillar-shaped member having a partially-narrowed diameter 14 of the pillar-shaped member, a printed board holding member 3 which is a member for fixing the support stand 4, and a clip 1 having a first pinching portion 11 for pinching the narrow diameter 14 of the support stand 4 and a second pinching portion 12 for pinching the printed board 2.
