PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a motor device with a gear capable of being miniaturized in the direction of face and to provide a toilet lid and a toilet seat opening and closing device provided with this motor device with the gear. SOLUTION: A second planetary gear mechanism 27B has a small diameter part 31B formed on a driving side carrier pinion 28B and having smaller diameter than outside diameter of an external tooth 30B meshing with one side of a toilet lid output gear 18B, and a toilet seat output gear 18A opposes to the small diameter part 31B. Consequently, the toilet seat output gear 18A can be arranged on an inner side in the radial direction more than the outside diameter of the external tooth 30B. By arranging the toilet seat output gear 18A on the inner side in the radial direction more than the outside diameter of the external tooth 30B in this way, the toilet seat output gear 18A and the external tooth 30B are overlapped in the radial direction. As a result, this motor device with the gear can be miniaturized in the direction of faces of the toilet lid and the toilet seat opening and closing device 1 by amount of overlapping.
