PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a dynamic damper having a weight, a resilient piece of rubber, and an outer ring, capable of enhancing the fitting performance of the outer ring on the resilient piece. SOLUTION: The dynamic damper 10 comprises the weight 20, the resilient piece of rubber 30 attached fast to the outer periphery of the weight 20, and the outer ring 40 fitted on the outer periphery of the resilient piece 30, wherein the outer ring 40 is split in the axial direction, and one outer ring split section 41 is fitted from one end of the resilient piece 30 while the other outer ring split section 42 is fitted from the other end of the resilient piece 30.
