PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a pulley unit having excellent assembly property and excellent belt load capability and capable of guiding a belt stably. SOLUTION: This pulley unit 10 is provided with a pulley 11 and a double row rolling bearing 12 supporting the pulley 11 on a bolt 14 attached to an engine block (a fixing member) 13. The double row rolling bearing 12 has an outer ring 15 fitted into an inside diameter face of the pulley 11 and provided with raceway track parts 15a, 15b in double row on the inside diameter face. Raceway track parts 14a, 14b in double row opposing to the raceway track parts 15a, 15b in double row are provided on an outside diameter face of the bolt 14, which is an inner ring provided with the raceway track parts 14a, 14b in double row.
