PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce processing man-hours and assembling man-hours for a cap and adjuster when preventing unexpected rotations of an adjuster caused by an assembling play and vibrations of the cap and adjuster; to miniaturize them; and to improve rotary operability of the adjuster. SOLUTION: In a spring load adjusting device for a front fork rotatably inserting the adjuster 28 into a cover section 25B of the cap 25, a ring-shaped leaf spring 100 is interposed between an upper surface or a lower surface of the cover section 25B of the cap and the adjuster 28.
