PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To equally lubricate a plurality of rocker arms with oil flowing from one end side to another end side in an oil distribution passage formed in a rocker arm holder in a cylinder row direction. SOLUTION: When oil is supplied from the one end side to the other end side of the oil distribution passage 22f which is formed in the rocker shaft holder 22 and extends in the cylinder row direction, oil separating at branch parts 22g, 22h and 22i of the oil distribution passage 22f flows in oil supply passages 22j, 22k and 22m and is supplied to the rocker arms from above. The branch parts 22g, 22h and 22i are constructed so that the more they are close to the other end side of the oil distribution passage 22f, the more ratios of oil quantities separating at the respective branch parts 22g, 22h and 22i into the oil supply passages 22j, 22k and 22m are increased. The ratio of the oil quantity separating at the branch part 22g on the one end side where a flow rate of oil is large is made low, the ratio of the oil quantity separating at the branch part 22i on the other end side where a flow rate of oil is small is made high, and oil can be equally distributed to all the oil supply passages 22j, 22k and 22m.
