PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a bulky paper excellent in bulky feeling and printing quality, in a good operating property. SOLUTION: This bulky paper is characterized by containing≥15 and≤30% fine fiber content of≤0.2 mm based on the total pulp fibers contained in the paper and at least≥9 and≤25 mass% low density filler having≤0.4 apparent density shown by JIS Z8807 based on the paper weight, and having≥0.55 and≤0.70 g/cm<SP>3</SP>paper density.
