PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a saddle capable of easily performing variation of height of the saddle while riding. SOLUTION: A high position sub-stopper 9 of a strut 2, a main stopper 10 of a body 11 (upper part of cross section is U shape and lower part is O shape), an L shape spring 4, a ring shape spring 7, a pressure stabilization wheel 3 and a stabilization lead wheel 5 are attached by slight rear movement of the saddle.
