PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an exhaust device of a motorcycle capable of sufficiently securing the lowest road clearance and a banking angle of a vehicle while securing capacity of a muffler. SOLUTION: A plurality of exhaust pipes 60 extending out of an engine 6 and an exhaust pipe gathering part 70 are arranged on the right side of an oil pan 24, a first muffler 90 connected to this exhaust pipe gathering par 70 is arranged on the left side of the oil pan 24, and a second muffler connected to this first muffler 90 is arranged in the rear of the engine 6.
