PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To lower a height position of a rear end of a rear lid in opening the rear lid to open and close an opening of a rear end of a vehicle. SOLUTION: This rear lid 4 is constituted of an upper part lid 5 and a lower part lid 6, and the upper lid 5 comes to be in an overlapped state on a rear end part of a roof 2 in a roughly horizontal state at an opening position to open a vehicle rear end opening 7.
