PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a mechanism which can support a truck on the rails and smoothly travel even in an emergency when a floating force of a normal conduction attraction type magnetic levitation vehicle is lost. SOLUTION: A module 20 corresponding to the truck of the vehicle has a normal conduction magnet, and floats the vehicle by attracting the rails from the under surface. A frame 200 of the module 20 is equipped with an auxiliary wheel 210, and the auxiliary wheel is equipped with a wheel 250 which is disposed normally having a clearance to the upper surface of the rails.
