PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a muffler structure integrated with a bumper capable of improving appearance quality. SOLUTION: A bumper diffuser 25 is provided on a rear bumper 11, and a bumper diffuser extension 31 is connected to the bumper diffuser 25. The muffler 32 is connected to the bumper diffuser extension 31, and a muffler exhaust port 33 is connected to the bumper diffuser 25 through the bumper diffuser extension 31. The bumper diffuser extension 31 is made to be a bent shape as a whole, and composed so that a diffuser opening part 81 and the muffler exhaust port 33 are offset. When a virtual line 85 passing through the diffuser opening part 81 is assumed, a part of the virtual line 85 crosses the inner side wall surface 61 of the bumper diffuser extension 31 to be constituted so that all of virtual lines 85 do not directly arrive at the muffler exhaust port 33.
