PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a gas barrier laminated body which can be produced not using a high-cost dry membrane-forming process and further has high gas barrier property even if a low-priced flexible general-purpose plastic substrate is used. SOLUTION: The gas barrier laminated body comprises a substrate, at least one sol-gel layer on the substrate and a cyclic olefin resin layer laminated adjacently on a side of the sol-gel layer far from the substrate.
