PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a name belt, not constituting an obstacle and simply detached when not required. SOLUTION: A belt-like rubber or elastic wire material is braided into a belt, and added to a belt-like cloth piece to form a belt body 1 shaped like one sheet continuous belt, and the belt body 1 is connected to form a loop.
