<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a food composition or an oral skin ameliorating agent that has skin ameliorating effect, concretely, ameliorating effect on skin moisture, skin dryness, moist feeling of skin, firmness and elasticity of skin, skin softness and skin gloss and is useful as a food and beverage or a medicine. <P>SOLUTION: The food composition and the oral skin ameliorating agent each comprises hyaluronic acid, a cranberry extract and collagen.
