<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a care information management system for managing information by free sorting by IDs of data obtained by entering and processing handwritten memorandums as images in a personal computer. <P>SOLUTION: The care information management system comprises an information entry means entering various IDs by patients or tenants or handwritten memorandum information by patients or tenants, in exclusive forms carried always with the personnel or arranged in a plurality of places in facilities; a data input means for entering, into a computer of a terminal, data obtained by carrying out OCR processing of various ID portions by a scanner provided in the installation place of the exclusive forms and processing the memorandum information as images; and a display means for displaying latest care information on individual patients or tenants by setting computers of a plurality of terminals into LAN environment and sorting information by patients or tenants and in time series or the like by the various IDs from a monitor. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2007,JPO&INPIT |
