<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enhance the efficiency and quality in test of hardware by a software program. <P>SOLUTION: An idle cycle is inserted in an optional position using a hardware driving program to be actually used, whereby behaviors of logic function in various states can be confirmed. A comment showing that a set parameter is changeable is inserted, or a parameter range is described with the line number of the program as demonstrative, whereby the set parameter can be changed in a random manner. An execution order is described with the line number of the program as demonstrative, whereby the execution order of the program can be changed in a random manner.
