<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent a wrinkle from being generated on a surface sheet which becomes inside when a speech message communication sheet is folded while ensuring design property. <P>SOLUTION: The speech message communication sheet 1 which has a speech information recording/reproduction part 30 capable of recording and reproducing speech information, two support sheets 20a and 20b bonded together while a portion of the speech information recording/reproduction part 30 is sandwiched from the front and back surfaces, and two surface sheets 10a and 10b bonded to the base sheets 20a and 20b while the speech information recording/reproduction part 30 and the support sheets 20a and 20b bonded together while the speech information recording/reproduction part 30 is sandwiched are sandwiched, and the surface sheets 10a and 10b and support sheets 20a and 20b are foldable at a fold part 4.
