<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enable stroboscopic photography at proper exposure when light is emitted in a flat emission mode. <P>SOLUTION: An image pick-up device performs stroboscopic photography using a stroboscopic means that emits light in two modes, a flash emission mode, and a flat emission mode. The image pick-up device is equipped with a sensitivity changing means for changing its photographing sensitivity, and the sensitivity changing means automatically adjusts (step 101 to step 103) the photographing sensitivity of the device when the stroboscopic photography is performed in a case that the stroboscopic means emits light in a flat emission mode. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2007,JPO&INPIT |
