<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To analyze the operational status of a production line, wherein a production process using a facility (a class 1 type facility) outputting a machining status of a work in itself as data, and a production process using a facility (a class 2 type facility) that does not output the machining status of work for itself as data. <P>SOLUTION: On the basis of data capable of specifying the machining start time of a work acquired from the class 1 type facility, and data indicating arrangement of facilities in the production line, machining period and standby period are specified for the production process using the class 2 type facility. The machining period is specified as a period from a start time of machining the work in a proximate production process using the class 1 type facility, until the start time of machining the work in a production process immediately after using the class 1 type facility. The standby period is specified as a period from the start time of machining the work in the production process, immediately after using the class 1 type facility, until the start time of machining of the work in a proximate production process by using the class 1 type facility. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2007,JPO&INPIT</p> |
