<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent users' personal information or the business resources of Web sites from becoming the targets of phishing crimes. <P>SOLUTION: A user data management apparatus is connected via a network to a terminal type data processor used by a user and registers data according to user IDs characteristic of each user.
