<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a cooling device that shares a reserve tank, and can cool a plurality of electrical heating elements efficiently. <P>SOLUTION: The cooling device 15 has first and second circulation paths 18, 78 for circulating liquid refrigerants for cooling the first and second electrical heating elements, respectively. The first circulation path has a first heat radiation section 17 for radiating the heat of the first electrical heating element propagated to the liquid refrigerant. The second circulation path has a second heat radiation section 77 for radiating the heat of the second electrical heating element propagated to the liquid refrigerant.
