PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an air conditioning management system for managing an air-conditioner, allowing a person actually existing in a room where the air-conditioner is installed to immediately cope with the generation of the state of the overload operation of the air-conditioner. SOLUTION: The air conditioning management system comprises an expansion valve opening detecting means for detecting the opening of an expansion valve, an expansion valve opening moving-average value computing means for calculating a moving-average value for the opening of the expansion valve at each predetermined time on the basis of the opening of the expansion valve detected by the expansion valve opening detecting means, an overload operation state determining means for determining the generation of the state of the overload operation of a refrigerant circuit in accordance with the moving-average value for the opening of the expansion valve calculated by the expansion valve opening moving-average value computing means, and an information output means for outputting information for a signal relating to the generation of the state of the overload operation when the generation of the state of the overload operation is determined by the overload operation state determining means.
