摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To allow selecting the load control which suits the engine load different according to the operations to be conducted. SOLUTION: A controlling means 31 of this load controlling structure works in three modes in conformity to the command given by a mode changeover command means 64, a manual control mode in which an automatic pump swash plate controlling means 31D and an automatic motor swash plate controlling means 31G are not actuated, the former 31D to decelerate a pump swash plate 16A more with a greater engine load on the basis of the sensing results of a load sensing means 47 and a swash plate position sensing means 30 while the latter 31G to change over a motor swash plate 17A in association with a rise of the engine load to the preset, first set value on the basis of the sensing result of the load sensing means 47 and change over the plate 17A to the low speed position to the high speed in association with a sink of the engine load to the preset, second set value, a semi-automatic control mode in which the automatic pump swash plate controlling means 31D is actuated, and an automatic control mode in which both swash plate controlling means 31D and 31G are actuated.
