<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a non-contact type rotation transmission device capable of properly transmitting rotation including a range of low rotational speeds without depending on eddy current by devising improvement in the configuration and arrangement of a permanent magnet. <P>SOLUTION: Planetary rotors 110 to 140 are arranged along the outer periphery of a central rotor 60. The central rotor 60 has a rotor main body 60a and permanent magnets 60b to 60i provided along an outer peripheral wall of the rotor main body 60a at an interval. Each planetary rotor 110 to 140 has a rotor main body and permanent magnets provided along an outer peripheral wall of the rotor main body at an interval. Each permanent magnet of each planetary rotor 110 to 140 is positioned by opposing to any of each permanent magnet of the central rotor 60 through a predetermined clearance to attract magnetically.
