PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain collision detection information with high accuracy by solving the problem that when arranging a plurality of sensors, detection results differ due to variations in respective sensors. SOLUTION: A collision determining device of a vehicle includes a vehicle-use collision sensor 31 composed of a plurality of elements 32a-32p which are arranged in the longitudinal direction and detect deformations. The collision determining device comprises: first and second signal processing means (two or more processing means) 35, 36 which respectively process signals output from first and second element groups (two or more element groups) 33, 34 composed of some of the plurality of elements 32a-32p; and a state judging means which comprehensively estimates processed results of the first and second signal processing means 35, 36 and judges a collision state of the vehicle 10.
