PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a thiomorpholine compound having excellent tachykinine recipient antagonist activity. SOLUTION: The thiomorpholine compound expressed by general formula [I] (wherein the ring A expresses a benzene ring which may have a substituent; the ring B expresses a benzene ring which may have a substituent; R1expresses H, an hydroxyl which may have a substituent, an amino which may have a substituent, an alkyl which may have a substituent, a carbonyl having a substituent, or a halogen atom; R2expresses H or an alkyl which may have a substituent; R3aand R3bare the same or different and express each H, an alkyl which may have a substituent, or a group forming an alkylene group by bonding at terminals; n expresses 1 or 2 integer) or a pharmaceutically permissible salt of the same are claimed.
