PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a mounting structure of a molding for a vehicle capable of changing only a grip without complicating a constitution of a metal mold for molding the molding. SOLUTION: Welding ribs 141, 142 and 151, 152 are integrally projected and provided on the back surface of the molding 11 for the vehicle made of synthetic resin. A seating tool 12 fastened to the molding 11 for the vehicle is provided with a rectangular base plate 16 connected and fastened to the back surface of the molding 11 for the vehicle and a pair of supports 17, 18 for engagement integrally formed on the base plate 16. The welding ribs 141, 142 and 151, 152 are fitted and welded in fitting holes 161, 163 and 164 of the base plate 16. An engaging hole 171 is formed at the supports 17, 18 for engagement, and the grip 13 is provided with a pair of engaging pieces 24, 25. The grip 13 is connected to the seating tool 12 so as to freely remove by making an engaging click 241 of the engaging pieces 24, 25 engaged with the engaging hole 171. COPYRIGHT: (C)2007,JPO&INPIT
