The invention concerns a system for detecting positions of removable seats in a vehicle, comprising a wireless communication member (7) mounted on each seat for communicating with a corresponding communication member mounted in the vehicle, the wireless communication member of each seat being associated with a position detection circuit comprising several magnetically driven position detecting switches (9.1, 9.2) for producing a signal based on a state of the position detecting switches, the vehicle being equipped with a series of control magnets (15) configured to control selectively the position detecting switches (9.1, 9.2) based on the position of each seat. |
