<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve the delay of a boot time in restoration from a power save mode to a normal operation mode. <P>SOLUTION: A power control circuit in one embodiment of this prevention is provided with: a constant voltage generation part for generating and outputting a fixed voltage; a circuit block connected to the output of the constant voltage generation part to use the fixed voltage as a reference voltage; a capacitive element whose one end is connected to the output of the constant voltage generation part, and whose other end is connected to a reference potential terminal; a switch for tuning on/off the supply of a power supply voltage to the circuit block and a power control part for supplying the first power to the constant voltage generation part when the switch is turned on, and for supplying a second power which is less than the first power to the constant voltage generation part when the switch is turned off. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2007,JPO&INPIT |
