<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an inlet feeder capable of adhering an inlet that has peeled off from a mounting card to a fixed position of a labeling mounting card. <P>SOLUTION: The inlet feeder is provided with a peeling means for peeling the inlet 3 having a positioning hole 8 at the center from the inlet mount 6, a lower-side transfer belt 16 for receiving the peeled inlet 3, and an upper-side transfer belt 17 for transferring the inlet 3 along with the lower side transfer belt 16, while holding the inlet 3 in between. The upper side transfer belt 17 is provided with a plurality of pin through holes 17a arranged in a transfer direction at certain intervals, and suction holes 17c formed around the pin through hole 17a. A transfer roller 20 for transferring the upper side transfer belt 17 is provided with positioning pins 20a, corresponding to the pin through holes 17a. In a peeling process of the inlet 3, the positioning pin 20a is inserted in the positioning hole 8 to determine a transfer interval of the inlet 3, the inlet 3 with the determined transfer interval is sucked to the upper-side transfer belt 17, and in this state, it is adhered to the label mount 1. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2007,JPO&INPIT |
