<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a cap for optical components, which is easily manufactured at a low cost without depositing and pattering a chrome layer. <P>SOLUTION: The cap includes: a metal frame 10 having an upper side frame part 10a at the central part of which an opening part 10x is provided, and an erected frame part 10b which is provided by being connected to the lower peripheral part of the upper side frame part 10a, and inside of which a housing part 11 is provided by the erected frame part 10b; antireflection films R1 and R2 formed on the outer face and the inner face of the metal frame 10, respectively; and glass 14 provided at the housing part 11 of the metal frame 10, wherein the antireflection films R1 and R2 are formed of a metal oxide layer and metal plated layer. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2007,JPO&INPIT |
