PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a stable oral pharmaceutical composition containing both of a benzimidazole-based proton pump inhibitor and a histamine H2 receptor antagonist, and to provide a method for producing the pharmaceutical composition.

SOLUTION: The oral pharmaceutical composition contains both of the benzimidazole-based proton pump inhibitor and the histamine H2 receptor antagonist, wherein the benzimidazole-based proton pump inhibitor is protected with acid-resistant layer.
