<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a simple and safe method for cooling liquid nitrogen down to a temperature region of a melting point or a triple point (about 63K) or lower where it is solidified. <P>SOLUTION: The method is provided for manufacturing nitrogen-oxygen mixed refrigerant and controlling the temperature thereof with reduced pressure cooling or normal pressure cooling to simply, inexpensively and safely cool a cooled object. In reduced pressure cooling, pressure is reduced by a pressure reducing pump to cool the cooled object down to 63 K or lower. In the normal pressure cooling, the cooled object is cooled with conduction cooling given by a cooling part of a refrigerator. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2007,JPO&INPIT</p> |
