<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a system for supporting telephony works, which effectively facilitates the telephony works for expediting a charge payment by suppressing a work for expediting a customer without any chance for payment as well as a work for not expediting a customer with a good chance for the payment. <P>SOLUTION: A debtor characteristic determinant factor is determined based on a contracted date, a promised data and a payment date; the determinant factor is added to an aggregated debtor characteristic determinant factor, which is a group for the previous debtor characteristic determinant factors being accumulated; a customer type who most fits a debtor characteristic is selected based on the aggregated debtor characteristic determinant factor being added; an operator can perform the telephony work, which fits the customer type, in accordance with an output having a priority for the expediting telephony works; and the work for expediting can be executed effectively. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2007,JPO&INPIT</p> |
