<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a cured film for a liquid crystal display apparatus, the film having sufficient heat resistance, surface hardness, sputtering resistance and low degassing property and favorable patterning characteristics. <P>SOLUTION: The cured film is obtained by curing a curable resin composition containing: a polymerizable compound expressed by formula (1), wherein X represents an aromatic group having two or more aromatic rings connected, each Y independently represents a residue of a polyvalent carboxylic acid or its acid anhydride, R<SP>1</SP>is a group expressed by formula (2-1) (wherein R<SP>11</SP>represents a hydrogen atom or a methyl group, each R<SP>12</SP>independently represents a hydrogen atom or a methyl group), j represents an integer of 0 to 4, k represents an integer of 0 to 3, and n represents an integer of 1 or more, and having an acid value of 30 mgKOH/g or more; an epoxy resin which is a copolymer of a polymerizable unsaturated compound (a) showing a glass transition temperature of 150°C or higher in a homopolymer thereof and a polymerizable unsaturated compound (b) having an epoxy group or its residue and which has the weight average molecular weight of 10,000 or more and no carboxylic acid group in a molecular end; and a polyfunctional monomer. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2007,JPO&INPIT</p> |
