PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an integrated user management system for integrally managing information about users using an information system, authenticating users of the information system, allocating and circulating the user information including use authority information, and allowing secondary uses such as browsing, processing, and tabulating to proceed smoothly. SOLUTION: The integrated user management system for managing and authenticating user information about users using an information system includes: an account integrating function part for synchronizing authentication services that need authentication; an authentication module for authenticating applications; and a logic integrating function part for recording the user information and policies (user data), distributing the user information to either of the applications, and associating the account integrating function part with the authentication module by means of the user data for integral management.
